Return Policy

All sales are final so please be sure that you are selecting your correct size by referring to the size chart found on the product page. Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged or defective item. Any issues with your order must be addressed to our customer support within 30 days of your purchase.


We currently ship worldwide!

  • Standard Shipping Method: 3-4 business days in the US , 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

  • Please consider that it takes 2-7 days to fulfill your order before it shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a confirmation and tracking number via email.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the item, quantity and country you are shipping to. You can calculate your shipping cost by adding items to the cart and proceeding to checkout.

  • When ordering multiple items, your items may be sent in separate packages as some products are sourced from different warehouses. Don't worry, you will only be charged for the initial shipping cost.

​Duties and Customs Fees

The payment of duties or customs fees is the responsibility of the customer and will not be compensated by Slim Potatohead. Please be mindful of any customs or duties expected for import into your country of origin.
